Description: This item is used like a ranged weapon in combat, thrown on a foe. A successful strike reduces the target's AC by 2 for the duration of the fight. Only one net will have an affect on a given target. This sometimes has non-combat functions as well, working as a scramble net for climbing or maintaining footing.
